Our Mission
Sabía and Co was created as a bridge between peace education and practical leadership development. Through story based tools, guided reflection, and institutional partnerships, the platform translates research in peace and conflict studies into accessible resources that strengthen emotional literacy and global leadership capacity from a young age.
What began as a commitment to first generation students has grown into a broader mission: building emotionally intelligent leaders who can navigate difference, lead across cultures, and contribute to more peaceful communities.
Our Story
Sabía and Co was founded by Dr. Stacy Estrada-Smith, a Global Education and Peace Centered Leadership Strategist committed to expanding leadership pathways for first generation and historically underserved students.
After years of working across higher education, workforce development, and global learning environments, she recognized a critical gap. Students were being prepared academically and professionally, but not always equipped with the emotional intelligence, identity clarity, and conflict resolution skills required to lead in a complex global world.
