Sabía & Co bridges peace-centered research and leadership practice.
We partner with colleges and educational institutions to deliver story-based journals, books, and workshops that build emotional intelligence, intercultural competence, and leadership clarity in young women.
Our mission is to prepare globally minded leaders who can navigate complexity, lead across difference, and shape institutions and communities with courage and wisdom.
Our Story
Sabía & Co was founded by Dr. Stacy Estrada-Smith, a Global Education and Leadership Strategist committed to expanding leadership pathways for young women and historically underserved students.
After years working across higher education, workforce development, and global learning environments, she identified a critical gap: students were being prepared academically and professionally, but not systematically equipped with the emotional intelligence, identity clarity, and conflict navigation skills required to lead in an interconnected world.
Sabía & Co was built to close that gap.
Grounded in research in peace and conflict studies, the platform translates scholarship into practical tools — story-based journals, books, and campus partnerships — that strengthen reflection, intercultural awareness, and leadership capacity.
What began as a focused commitment to first-generation students has evolved into a broader institutional mission: preparing globally minded leaders who can navigate difference, lead across cultures, and shape communities with clarity and courage.
The result became two branches of the same mission.
Together, they form a beautiful path from childhood through adulthood, supporting every stage of personal and leadership development.
