Dr. Stacy Estrada-Smith, Ph.D.
I’m a first generation Latina scholar, global educator, and writer with a Ph.D. in Peace and Conflict Studies.
My work sits at the intersection of identity, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. I design story-based tools and learning experiences that help students, educators, and emerging leaders build the clarity and confidence required to lead in a global world.
Through Sabía & Co., I create guided journals, children’s books, and institutional partnerships rooted in reflection, social emotional learning, and peace centered leadership.
I believe leadership does not begin with a title. It begins with inner clarity.
When we learn to understand our own voice, we communicate with courage, navigate conflict with wisdom, and lead with authenticity across cultures and communities.
